When you fill in the quote or sample request form, we collect: first and last name, business email address, company, country or port of destination, product concerned, and, where applicable, estimated volume, incoterm and message. We only collect the data you provide to us.

Applications

When you apply through our application form, we collect: first and last name, e-mail address, phone (optional), job family and target role, motivation message, professional link (optional) and your CV.

This data is used solely to review your application and, where appropriate, to contact you as part of the recruitment process. It is neither sold nor used for commercial purposes.

Legal basis: your consent, and SM10 AGRO's legitimate interest in recruiting.

Applications are kept for 2 years from the last contact, then deleted. You may request the deletion of your application at any time by writing to privacy@sm10agro.com.

3. Purposes

This data is used to process your request, to respond to you and to manage the B2B business relationship that may follow. It is neither sold nor rented.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (the box ticked when submitting the form) and on SM10 AGRO's legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and managing its relationship with its professional prospects and clients.

5. Recipients and processors

Your data is processed by our export team and by our technical providers: Brevo (email sending and contact relationship management, hosted in the European Union) and Microsoft 365 (business email). These providers act on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality.

6. Data transfers

Your data is hosted within the European Union. Any transfer outside the EU is governed by appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable regulations.

7. Retention period
